Write for Ebyline? They're Making Changes

If you write for Ebyline, heads-up. They are changing platforms and you’ll need to do some stuff if you want to get paid. Here’s what their email blast from this morning had to say:

Hello,

We’re emailing to notify you that Ebyline will be migrating to a new platform, and the legacy Ebyline platform will be shutting down effective 10/31/19.

The new Ebyline platform is available for you to start using immediately, but for any existing projects, please continue to submit work to your editor via the legacy platform until your editor advises you they are ready to receive submissions on the new platform or starting on 11/1/19, whichever is first.

To create your account on the new Ebyline platform, please register here.

Once you’ve created your account and verified your email address, you can access the platform here, by selecting “I’m a Creator”.

You can find guides on best practices for using the new Ebyline platform here. Please review the information on payment timing and withdrawing funds to PayPal, as those are different from the legacy platform.

Of note, historical data from legacy Ebyline will not be transferred into the new platform. If there is any information in the legacy Ebyline platform that you would like to retain, please ensure you have downloaded it by 10/31/19.

Any pending work that is not completed/approved in legacy Ebyline by 10/31/19 will need to be recreated in the new Ebyline platform in order for you to receive payment. Payment for work that has been completed/approved by 10/31/19 will be processed via the legacy platform as usual.

If you have any questions or need any help, please email us at support@ebyline.com.

Thanks!
